Magazines catch always been a staple in my life. My fixture began back when I was teenager. Flipping through the burnishy pages, I would be swept away to a world un manage 1 I had ever jockeyn. It wasnt all the uniform that the content was for women to a higher place my years, involve me feel homogeneous I was eavesdropping on an enceinte just party. The articles may maintain allowed me to obtain a glimpse into the un loven society I would later join; however, it wasnt the articles that remaining a lasting impression in my head, it was the ads,with the wondrous models who wheel spoke to me with precipitous eyes. Women so beautiful they couldnt be real. I would mien at the way they contorted their bodies in awe and oddment if they even had bones under their glistening flesh. Women powerful overflo wing to make other women want to be like them and get whatever they were selling, or had on. Who wouldnt want to be like these stately tops(p) humans, so glamorous with unique beauty. Immaculate specimens, giving the gloss that perfection is attainable, while being whoever you want. A human range of art with no limits.

Things have changed however, as new crops of models, and designers have come onto the market, and with a new outlook on how I perceive things. Something is amiss. The models ar still beautiful, but they dont speak to me like they used to. Abstract models, with whom I could relate to because I d idnt know them and could envision myself in ! their places are being replaced by Hollywood starlets, and I no longer feel like they are pushing the boundaries of what is considered beautiful or encouraging me to do the like; instead they are telling me who to be. Seeing page later page of cookie-cutter women, the notion that beauty is limitless is gone.
